Do you know if it’s possible to use a team in the English Isthmian leagues? It’s the league below conference south and I wondered if any of you have used a team in this league in the game before

It is but you will need to download an unofficial, community-built database.

I haven;t looked at it for this iteration of the game, but FM18 I was playing as Aveley in one of the Isthmian leagues.
