No OI or in game changes that i use.

I dont need to use the shouting with this tactic as i avg 4 goals a game.

I set my training to be done by my assistant.

This tactic works wonders as is.

actually really enjoying this - Midfield needed tweaking a bit to suit De Bryune & Silva, but the wingers are getting loads of chances...

this was my most successful tactic any update since 19.3 its gone terrible no other tactic is working for me :(
 
I saw this tactic recommended on a different thread and wow!

im playing 19.3.4 and made the following changes as recommended on fm scout: changing the BTB to a Mezzala, the DPL to DM, and changing the Instructions to Work Ball Into Box.

it's been superb. I also changed the set peices, using a new Knap set.

the results are fantastic (played with hemel, England and Man City) and all play great winning football but most pleasingly the wide players really dominate. (Found them going missing a lot in other systems).

really superb, best 433 wide I've found and I think I've tried them all.
