Tactic For Level 11 Team

I'm in dire need of a tactic for Leigh Athletic (Manchester Premier League). I can't seem to find anything. All the tactics that I've tried can't work for a lower league team like Leigh Athletic.

Any suggestions?

4-4-2. Have a look at JP Woody's Clough tactics or Max's 4-4-2 help to make your own. Pretty simple to read and it helped me make a decent 4-4-2

I'd say so yeah when you don't have that many technically gifted players. Try to get into the other team and disrupt their play.

I find that 4-3-3 or 3-4-3 are useful.
