Not sure if this is the proper place to post this, I'm pretty daft, you see.

What's the best way to handle pre-season in regards to training schedules? Setting up a unique one, or simply carry on with the ones I use mid-season? Are there any good pre-season schedules available?

I think some people have off season training regimes, but I just keep them on their usual training.

I'd like some info on this too.

It's best to increase the intesity of the training in the pre-season so that the players will be much fitter before the real season begins, then decrease it during the season.

Good to know man, thanks :) And after all, it's very easy to decrease an increase, so definately worth it.

Never really thought about it. It's on of the tips which you'll find when the game is generating but thought it wouldn't make a big difference. But it seems pretty obvious

I use Tugs training and just move the sliders to max for the first 4 weeks. Then as soon as the last preseason fixture is finished I move them back to medium. I shedule around 10-12 friendles as well, but only play players 45 minutes per match
