Replaying matches

I have a confession to make. When I started playing FM I used to replay important matches that I lost although now I only replay if I lose to Man Utd.

I suspect that we all have this hidden shame?

i done it at times on fm09 lol but not anymore i finally realised no point in playing the game if you are only gonna cheat

i never restart a match because im too lazy to save every time when going to a match....
i like the way to play....seem real...

Yeah. I've done this once or twice. I feel **** afterwards though.
It's a bit like wanking. Pleasurable at the time, but you are depressed afterwards.

I think I was prouder to get to the final of the FA Cup and lose than I would have been if I cheated and won.

Think I'm over the save and replay but now.

lol i used to do it on fm08 i used to do it every game lol i remember once i was in the final with blues against someone like arsenal and i coundn't win it i must of played it over 20 times:'( how sad

I still do it sometimes,if say an important player of my Team gets injured during the match,but I am slowly stopping now cause I realise there is no point playing the game then:S

I used to do it if I ended up losing to a really really rubbish team, I'm sure that FM is scripted so that after a good run of form you were guaranteed to lose.

yea its aimed to be the most relistic football management simulation game around so I won't be suprised at all

its not scripted, you're not guaranteed to lose team becomes complacent, if you a good man manager you can avoid this.

Happened to me just now. I had played 10 games 9 wins 1 draw, and I just got my first loss, 4-2, against Aston Villa who are bottom of the league

And I didn't replay the match!

again nothing to with scripted, its more to do with complacency. im currently running 17 straight wins, cos i turn up the pressure on my playing in the smaller games

I did it 12 times as Celtic v Arsenal in champions league and lost every time.
