1st team coach

i play with Dinamo Zahreb and i am in 2015..
my 1st team coach was world class - Vincenzo Pincolini, and now he's gone, and i must find new good 1st team coach, i was searching but i dont know who is good like him, any good idea?

you could try gianpiero ventrone, gian nicolla bisciotti, franco baldini, daniele baldini, ronald koeman becomes good over time, so does marco rota, antonio frigerio and andrea nuti

tnx mate, but many of this coaches i dont have. only baldini and koeman, but they won't come in my club.
is it same - coach and 1st team coach? and can i put one of my coaches to be a first team coach?

no m8 1st team coaches only work with your 1st team (obviously) but regular coaches work with 1st team and your youths....the trick to get big coaches like baldini and koeman would be to offer them say a 1 year contract with big signing on fee......hope it works out for ya

also when your coaches contracts are running out you can offer them a new contract with a different role e.g. coaches contract runnin out give him new popsition as 1st team coach
