Boruc signs two year deal with Fiorentina

Unless Frey is being sold. Rumors are abound that numerous teams are interested, but they are just rumors.
 
He will probably be a back-up I guess,unless Frey goes,there are no shortage of suitors thats for sure...
 
Frey dosen't seem to want to move, and their club dosen't want him to go. Stupid move for Boru
 
Glad he is gone, grade A ***** and a very overrated keeper.
 
We shoul have sold him 2 years ago when he was worth 8 Million. Will be missed but hopefully we bring in somebody half decent with european experience.

How exactly? For blessing himself? for celebrating when beating a fierce rival (cos im sure when you beat someone you just walk up to them and shake their hand etc)

Overated., hardly. Celtics best GK since what, Pakie Bonnar. Granted he had a couple of spells of 2-3 months where his form dipped, and that seemed mostly down to him (weight problems, personal life etc) . Most of his performaces in Europe have been worldclass ( im not saying hes world class)

Nah, think we were right to hold onto him, only reason hes going for so little is that its last year of his deal and theres no way we're gunna match or better his current wage, espeically now that we actually have someone whos a capable replacement (not ideal, but he'll do for now) whereas before all we had was Mark Brown :/

I bought Joe Lewis on my saves, when I sold Boruc ;)
 
Think it was around 1.7m[?], if so that's a steal for him.

Also, although he has done things do wind up fans ect. Ive always had some repect for him, for helping a preggo woman, her sister and brother inlaw when they were being attacked in Glasgow.

Wouldn't be suprised to see Frey at Arsenal now.

Maybe Boruc's been told Frey's on his way out? Which is why he has agreed to join 'em?

If he did leave, I'd have my money on Arsenal, they're in need of a goalkeeper, and have the funds.
 
Boruc was a great keeper for Celtic when he wasn't throwing one in the back of the net just to make things interesting! I'd rather face Celtic without him than with him in starting line-up,i mean theres a world of difference between Boruc and Speroni who the Hoops have been linked with? David James is probably going to sign though so another bombscare to look forward to!!!! LOL
