editor problem

Hey guys I am new to FM editing and I have looked everywhere for a solution to my problem but have had no success.

When I load the editor up I try and load a database and I select the most recent one which is 10.3 but when the database loads nothing appears. There are no teams, nations, or players to edit. Every category is empty. What am I doing wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated.

You have to search for their names.

if that doesn't work re-install the game but make sure to back up all your current FM folders, mostly save games.

haha I'm dumb...I got it to work but now another problem has arisen. When I go into a new game I check the "change box" and my changes appear in the list but the league I edited is grayed out and I can't choose it. I am not sure what went wrong. I changed the MLS by adding the Philadelphia Union to the league. Why can't I play with them? Do I need to replace another team with the Union instead of simply adding them? Thanks for the help guys.

ye u need to replace them

Yes you need to replace another team to add a new team as each league has a maximim number of teams of which you exceed then you cannot play the league
