Help with Oceania

Hi, i've started making league is Oceania (for the interest of lower nations). Already got Cook Islands, Fiji, Tahiti, Tonga and others... How do i make the Champions League for Oceania work? or can i make one for the leagues i've opened somehow.

ok.you click on GO Advanced,then scroll down and click on 'Manage Attachments' and then upload the file
