I am not sure what will be the best way to go about getting my team ready for the Championship

I am aiming for back to back promotions but my squad has no depth and 2 of my attacking mids and one of my centre mids (In a 4-5-1 formation) were loaned in and i dont know if i should try and loan in players again or maybe look to buy permenant players as the 'revolving door' situation might have a negative effect on my players? (I dont dare ask who i should buy or loan as i know what thread i will be pointed to :p)

Also about my formation, it is a very fluid attacking formation (goalsstorm final tactic) and last season in league 1 i easily won the league with 33 wins 6 draws 7 losses, 113 goals scored and 32 conceeded. But Leeds are by far the strongest team in League 1 and im not sure if this attacking method will work in the championship, in league 1 the 'attack so much you opponents dont get chance' worked really well but im not so sure it will work too good against better quality sides, or is it not such a big jump in quality?

Third and last part, i dont have many staff and as i want some of my young players i signed to grow as i move through the divisions should i start asking the board if i can take on more staff or should i not worry about this until i am in the Premiership? They are still develping quite nice as they are first team regulars

I am new to the series so developing a team as you move from league to league is completley alien to me (A)

I'm currently in my third season with Leeds having achieved back to back promotions.

How much money have you got?

This will affect who you can buy, obviously. If you have a couple of million try and buy a couple of decent players - eg. Ferrie Bodde, Brian Stock, Ross Jenkins etc... all should do a solid job. Depends if you need a striker or a defender as well.

But loaning players in and buying players shouldn't have an overly negative effect unless you buy like 12 or more players. If you are bringing in say a right back, two midfielders and a striker. That generally won't affect anything, and if it does, get rid of the player unless they are extremely good.

Also about my formation, it is a very fluid attacking formation (goalsstorm final tactic) and last season in league 1 i easily won the league with 33 wins 6 draws 7 losses, 113 goals scored and 32 conceeded. I played 4-4-2 in league one with fluid, attacking, and drilled crosses - everything else remained the same. I went into teh championship with the same tactics, I lost a few more games than in league one, but with the right players brought in I gained promotion. So I wouldn't go changing your approach unless you are getting hammered, perhaps don't go attacking away from home.

I've never really noticed if you can request more staff, but off what I read on here, as the club's reputation increases and league position, you can generally hire more staff. But it isn't really a big deal if you already have top staff in the right positions, and they are developing your current squad. Check to see when hiring someone if you have any remaining coaches, or if you can request, request more staff. As having more staff doesn't (or at least I haven't noticed) the players development or morale. So its each to their own on staff, but I have about 10 coaches.
