Ive played previous games as an international manager and before the final squad of 26 has to be submitted before a match, my assistant manager has told me which 26 players would be best suited for the match depending on form and ability.

Im in my actual game now, and i luckily got the spain job, however im not getting the help for what players should be in the squad, is there any way to turn this on?

Have you definately got an assistant manager with Spain?

It happens automatically, a few days before you are due to pick your squad your assistant proposes a 26 man team which you should take, this would only not happen if you didn't have an assistant. Check your staff screen just in case you don't have one.

I definitly have 1, would a certain skill requirement be needed from the assistant manager?

Doesnt it only happen before a major championship?
