Adding faces problem!

I've cut out 10 images for some of the Chelsea Reserves/Youth and I used the FMXML program to code the .xml config. I used the editor to gain the I.D's as it works fast on my laptop and is therefore quicker to gain the player I.D's. I correctly inserted them, then added the images with the config file in a folder named, 'Chelsea-Youth-and-Reserves' to my graphics folder. But once I have FM 2010 loaded, they're not there? :S :'(

Please!! HELPPP!? .. I did a face for Wojciech Szczesny and Rhys Murphy before, but now I try and do it for,

Note: I am using Chris22's end of season update, which is an edited database of the 10.3 patch so I don't know if that has anything to do with it?

I've done that and it works, but only for Conor Clifford, the rest are still the default image :S
