Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is hoping injured midfielder Aaron Ramsey will make his first-team comeback in November.

The 19-year-old Wales international is currently sidelined with a serious right leg break, having suffered fractures to the tibia and fibula back in February.

Ramsey sustained the horror injury against Stoke when a challenge from Ryan Shawcross put him out of action for a considerable duration.

But while Gunners boss Wenger has minor injury concerns over Nicklas Bendtner and Johan Djourou ahead of his side's weekend Premier League opener at Liverpool, the Frenchman revealed he hopes to be boosted by Ramsey's return later in the year.

"We have some problems with Bendtner and Djourou," Wenger told Arsenal's official website.

"Bendtner will be out for four weeks I think with a groin problem. But we have Ramsey who is coming back in November now.

"All the rest of the injuries are short term."

The North Londoners travel to Anfield on Sunday to face Roy Hodgson's Reds, but they will definitely be without Bendtner and Djourou who are suffering from groin and hamstring problems respectively.

Meanwhile, Wenger also admits he has doubts over midfielders Denilson and Abou Diaby, while he is unsure whether to select Robin van Persie and Cesc Fabregas in his squad.

"Denilson will have a test on Friday or Saturday on an abdominal problem," he told Arsenal TV Online.

"Diaby has a calf problem, but he is back in full training. He might be available and Andrey Arshavin is all right.

"But I still have to make a decision about whether I will include van Persie and Fabregas in the squad."

great news

i've never liked shawcross since that game

i just hope that Ramsey comes back the same player he was... its not always the case when a player has suffered such a bad injury. he had great potential as well IMO

lets not open up this can of worms again, whats done is done

Another potential target for Shakhtar in a year or so?

Good news, though I hope this return isn't rushed and I certainly hope he doesn't do an Eduardo and is a shadow of his former self.

Very happy for this Kid. Was very sad when Wenger made a last min deal. Hope he comes back and fulfills his potential.

Its sad to see youngsters with good potential like Ramsey break their leg or get another serious injury,I wish him a speedy recovery and hopefully he will come back sharper and better and try to break into Wengers First-Team in 2-3 years

Can't wait for him to come back. Was putting in some promising peformances and he fitted in to our side effortlessly.

Looks a good player, hopefully he can return at his best.

If you see the tackle, i don't think it was Shawcross' fault, but obviously people have different opinions..
Yeah, I agree, it wasn't malicious anyway, but mis-timed. Although Ramsey was a little at fault, I think his leg was bent when he was tackled, which makes it worse? Hope to see him back as good as he was, but November? I thought he would be back now, didn't know it was that serious!

It wasn't Shawcross's fault but that's a different topic anyway, hopefully Ramsey comes back just as good as he was and this injury doesn't ruin him in the same sort of way it has to a lot of others.

Exactly what I was thinking.

Ramsey had the potential to be one of the best. But it never turns out like it's suppose to.
