Nah, I've got him as well on my game, PA = 197, he's a 14 year old Croatian AM. I think it's because I've downloaded the new transfer update by LFCMarshall. After I downloaded it, he suddenly appeared in my game.

Yeah, he's part of the Around the World transfers update.

Marko Livaja, another Croatian, is given a PA of 195 in the udpate too.
