Good formation for Middlesbrough

I've been meaning to do this for time so the time has come and i would like to know what's a good formation and tactic's for Boro.

Some cheap or free signing would be good if you could recommend then that would be most helpful Thank You

I think there's a sticky thread you're supposed to ask this in mate, but anyway; I think both JP Woody and Mr Hough are Boro fans so any of their tactics should work great. When I played a Boro save I played a 4-4-2 with the wide mids pushed up into wingers and that was successful.
