I am currently managing in my second season with leeds United in the Championship. we have been lying in about 11-8 position and its now mid dec. In the last month or two i have been getting messages from players saying that they are concerned by lack of harmony. no one says who the individuals are just in general.

when i go and look at the general happiness the usual is considering options, unknown.

what is the best way to get the harmony good again? dont want to have to sell key players at the end of the season

Win a few games and new contracts may help :) Also don't buy too many new players.

it happens alot when your not winning footie matches that your meant to and i find you have to be disicplined on your players!!

Maybe praise players more after a victory. If you have a large squad with a lot of players not playing than squad harmony will be damaged.

Team talks are usually the cause, A more positive approach is all that's needed. Take control of team talks and post match , praise individuals in consistently good form (delighted with 7.5+ over 5 games and pleased with 7.10+-7.4 as a rough guide player personallity will modify these values) . And oddly enough criticicizing consistently poor performances usually has a positive effect.
