Attributes decline help!!!!

I'm playing as newcastle and i'm in October 2010 and my main striker has been Andy Carroll who has scored 9 goals in 7 appearances and an average rating of 7.97.... But his attributes are declining rapidly, he is on a training schedule for target men by Dan_s training schedules...

Anyway i can restore his attributes or stop them falling??? :O
 
Using him in more games would help.
 
It might be because you are training him to a different position, which means CA points from his attributes are being used up in order to allow him to play in that new position. Otherwise report back when he has got 15 or so appearances and see if he is still declining. Make your own training schedule for him specifically as well, because it may be that. so in short:

Check:
Training Schedule Compatibility
Whether you are training him to a new position
Whether he is being 'burnt out' (Wait 20 games and see if he still declines)
Otherwise, use him in more games if he isn't getting enough

Andy Carroll in my opinion is a target man because of his build, not training him to any position.... i'll give him a few weeks rest and see what happens :S

Yea, but not this much, it usually only happens to older players
 
Dans Training Schedules are in my opinion, the best on this site,this does not usually happen unless if a player is old, could you post a screenie with recent attribute changes ticked?
 
Give it a few week's happened to me just left it and now it's ok again :)

Sorry mate, can't at the moment my computer is messed up, i'm on my ipod now :)..... His attributes have stopped falling and a couple of them are increasing again but not all of them :S
 
I get this every so often with players that I play regularly (but not too much), that are young, and should still be learning. Have never understood it. Just had a 21 year old Lukaku lose about six points mid-season for no apparent reason. This is with the best possible coaches, top facilities, everything.
 
Andy Carroll always had his stats decreasing for me. I had a Newcastle save where he became a Geordie legend, scoring 30 goals per season but yet his stats after I'm 5 seasons in is worse than his starting stats. It's baffling to be honest, and I had no idea why.

The strange thing is that he is the only player that had his stats decreased by that much for me. My other players had been developing well, except for him. I tried checking my other saves, and discovered that he is always worse than how he looked like in the first season, even when the AI is training him. I guess SI hates him and put in some strange settings for him.

True lol, i've got Nile Ranger too and they are going match about with yannis tafer who is just unreal :D
