I'm having trouble getting the right tactic to get a good result out of my players. Also i'm not sure what players I need to buy when the next window opens as my Tycoon chairman just gave me 150M again.

He's probably using the 10.2 patch and Newcastle often get a tycoon takeover.

If you are being that bad with those players, maybe you should try Mr Houghs? It is a 'wonder' tactic.. Search it.

Or try one of JP Woody's tactics.

Mr Hough's tactics usually work for most people and as for signing players you should bring some experienced players in as you have a fairly young squad. Also you should use this thread for looking for signings

I'm not sure what position to buy an experienced player for, can you suggest?

As mentioned, try Mr. Hough's or JP's. They work wonders.

For some reason I have to pay over the odds for everyone I put an offer in for . I guess it's because clubs see me as overly rich.
