ok, go to:
DOCUMENTS>SPORTS INTERACTIVE>FOOTBALL MANAGER2010>GRAPHICS

(If you dont have a folder named graphics the just create a new folder and name it graphics)

In the graphics folder create a new folder and name it Logos and put these three items in that folder

View attachment 106984

View attachment 106985

View attachment 106986

Download the config.xml and just copy and paste the 2 logo pictures.

Load up your FM game and go into preferences>display and sound - make sure the following
'use skin cache' is unticked
'always reload skin on confirm' is ticked
then click confirm and they should appear in the game(H)

as for the kits, you can request them on several thread by some very good kit makers. Try asking for them here - this guy can do a config for you with the kits so all you would have to do is create a folder named 'kits' in the graphics folder and then place the newly made kits and config in the 'kits' folder

Trivaldo -- you need to add 3 lines of code to the .xml and a BG image, otherwise they'll be images missing (or still using the default) when the game is started.

Add in the following three lines to the config...

<record from="PUT THE NAME OF BG LOGO HERE" to="graphics/pictures/club/PUT YOUR TEAM'S UNIQUE HERE/logo/background/left"/>

<record from="PUT THE NAME OF BG LOGO HERE" to="graphics/pictures/club/PUT YOUR TEAM'S UNIQUE HERE/logo/background/right"/>

<record from="PUT THE NAME OF HUGE LOGO HERE" to="graphics/pictures/club/PUT YOUR TEAM'S UNIQUE HERE/logo/huge"/>

For the HUGE LOGO use the same image that you used in the LOGO line of code.

For the BG logo make one based on the image below (the size etc are correct) and use it in both BG lines of code...

That's better Triv :) You're going to change the BG image though aren't you? BTW, hope I'm not being a pain in the *** here? Just wanted to highlight missing bits so you know for the future :)

lol, that's ok then :)

If you download the Grampus 8 image and then open it (and the bigger of the two images from this thread) in photoshop or similar, you can copy the latter into a new layer on the Grampus 8 image. Enlarge it so it matches somewhat (you should only see the main part of the badge) and then turn the transparency down on the new layer to about 30 (or until it looks right when compared with the Grampus one.) Delete the Grampus layer and save as png.

This image is the transparent logo that you see on the left and right of the screen in-game (the one that gradients into the game's skin) when playing on the default skin.

For comparison, here is the Grampus 8 logo and the BG logo together so that you can see the type of changes made:

to be honest what you put there makes perfect sense and sounds simple enough except for Triv not being able to use photoshop. I have photoshop and have tried using it following many different youtube idiot guides but unfortunately there isnt a village idiot guide oO)

Ok m8 -- if you can update your config file I'll do the image and post it here.

I'll call the image 930202-4[1]

It needs to go in both BG lines of code.
