Question: Some of my first-team players have a poor relationship with certain players in my reserve and youth teams as a result of personality differences they encountered whilst tutoring. Could this damage the harmony of my team in future seasons when I try to incorporate the younger players into the senior team?
Situation: Some of my attempts at tutoring resulted in unhappy players as a result of "personality differences" between the tutor and the tutee. This unhappines did not last long, but the ill will between the players still exists. I am in a new season, and I am loaning out some of the young players in question. When I approve the loan deals, instead of receiving the customary good luck message from a senior team member, I see a message from the former tutor expressing their hope that the loan deal becomes permanent because the young player is supposedly a disruptive influence.
Are these bad feelings permanent? Is there something that I can do to fix the situation? Also, is there a way to determine who a player does not like, perhaps something analogous to their favourites but which instead lists their enemies?
Thanks.
