Hi Guys,

I am managing Plymouth Argyle currently, in the 2012/2013 season. After 10 matches, we are 7th in the nPower Championship- Making a fantastic start after our promotion from League 1.
I also won the JPT in my first season as Argyle Manager.

I have just recieved approaches, from Watford (21st in the Champ) & Cardiff (22nd in the Champ).
Watford have a budget of 2.8 Million Pounds, and 99k pw Wage Budget.
Cardiff have a budget £37,000 and 125k pw Wage Budget.
At Argyle I have No Transfer Funds, and No Wage Funds- But after my fantastic start, it all seems to even out.

I just need some advice or help, to push me to the right decision- I really can't make up my mind, whether its Cardiff, Watford or Argyle!

Thanks- Connor :)

I would go with Watford.

You're an Argyle fan - it'll be all the sweeter when you get them to the prem.

JK, Why would that be, going with Watford?

And too those who said stay with Argyle, there is a part of me that wants to do that- However will I have the money & resources, to bring the club foward?

Something different!

what would you do if you was manager of your favourite club and done what you have in real life and then got the offers would you leave or stay then?

For me thats the joy of the game. Making those resources, unearthing gems, fantastic loan players that love the club and you use that as an anchor to bring them to the club the next year but then they go to Arsenal isntead :(

sorry. Another thing is, for me, taking over a new club is one of the worst parts - having to look through every player, not knowing what they're best at etc - assumably with your Argyle squad, you know it almost through and through

Watford, this season try to keep them up. Next season make some signings and go for promotion :)

Ipa Dippa Dation how many people at the station :$ Like a ini mini miny moe for those of you who have no idea what im on about. This is how i usally make my choices

Stick with them as long as you can, I'm doing the same with Barnsley. Regardless of what offers I get, only in 1st season tho.

I think the £2.8m budget is what is swaying the votes to Watford, and them being once place higher than Cardiff.

If you don't want to stay at Argyle, I'd go to the team that has the most adept squad in getting and staying out of the relegation battle.

Made my decision.

I have decided to stay with Argyle, and see where I can take them

Thanks for all the help guys ;)
