Ok so this is the problem rvp has been horrible all season (upset with my team talks - made sagna, eboue, almunia and many more unhappy) but i cant decide to sell him or not-
if i do - all fans and players will become unhappy
if i dont - team morale will stay on POOR

He won World Striker of the Year for me after season 2. It's entirely up to you - sell him, get someone else. What tactics you playing?
 
if he's making you team unhappy then you might be better off selling him. Chat with him first to see if the problems he has can be resolved, you might get lucky.

Although he is a fans favorite he does get injured far too often so selling him and replacing him with a fitter less injury prone player could benefit you as well as you teams morale without RVP there

Best bet is to get rid. Place him on the transfer list, offer to clubs (although not every time a success), attract attention to him in any way possible.

Sagna Zapata Vermaelean Clichy
Fellaini Song
Fabregas

Walcott/rvp Arshavin/nasri

Chamakh

(RVP has been rather poor)How are you playing him?(he may win worst player of the year on my game)
And plus walcott has been awesome scored 8 in 10 league games

RVP has been doing badly with me too, every time i say to him 'you didn't do well in the last match try to do better in the upcoming games' he throw a sissy fit!! I've only ben playing him in the carling cup until I see that he can deliver and vela is my top man.

I've had a simular situation with Nasri thou, what I did was put him in reserves and placed him on the transfer list. When it came round to the transfer window opening he was telling me how he doesn't want to leave and apologized. I've got messi now so i'm still selling him :D hehe

How much did you get messi for
 
rvp in my save got injured right at the begining of the first season for 3 Months, but after the injury he was able to score 23 goals in 24 games. It realy depends on how you play him, i think he is a magnificiant player, after that he got no injury till the end of the season.

I have had the same problem with happines in my save, after i sold Nikolas Bendtner, cause every player in my team has had him as a favoured person, but i was able to manage the happines of my players via teamtalks... Only 4 persons were unhappy after my first teamtalk, so i tried after another week and i was able to persuade the others and told them i will try to manage the team better..

What were you playing him as
 
I play him as a complete forward. I made my own tactic(a combination of kofloks goals galore and JP Woodys V5). I play wingers as inside forwards(cut inside wide play) and wingbacks with very attacking duty because they have great pace and crossing around 15. CM's are both advanced playmakers and they are distributing the ball to the forwards extremly good.
