When accepting a position at another club

Can you bring you staff with you? Like will my current assistant automatically accept an offer to become assistant of my new club?

No, but if you have built a good rapport with your staff at your current club and been there long enough, then there should be a mass exodus. Meaning that they will leave when you leave.

They may or may not join you at your new club. Depending on how good they are. Regardless of whether they are in your favoured personnel or not.

He won't automatically accept but if you have a good relationship with him, he may join pretty easily, you'll have to pay compensation mind.

Sometimes he'll follow you out of the club when you leave which means no compo needed.

Well, you will have to offer him a job when you're at your new club.
But I suppose he might want to go with you, you'll have to pay compensation though.
