When starting a game, if i load more countries, will i have more, say, coaches and regens when i progress through the game? Would the quality of these regens be random or set according to the reputation of the league/country they are from? So, if I'm deciding on playing a big club like Barca, RM, ManUtd and the likes of it, would it be worthwhile to load leagues like belgium, peru, mexico? Would it provide good players/coaches or only slow down the game performance?

You will have more coaches, players, regans available and as far as i'm aware there is no change in the quality of the regans as it's random. Belguim could be a good league to load and possibly mexico but adding leagues will slow down the game performance.

Right, thanks!:D

Imho the quality of the regens isn't (that) random, it is linked to the quality of the facilities of the clubs "observed" by the game and database size you play with. When you increase the number of playable leagues you add to the game more playable elements (players, coaches, managers, facilities, competitions detail level, etc) resulting in a different experience then the one you have without it.

This is specially true if you play as a "nomadic" manager, decisions that are made at one point in time can backfire (or result on a bonus) later on.

And honestly, unless it's your first save of the game or you only wish to play with one team, add the most number of leagues your machine can handle! :D
