You may be able to get Charlie Adam or I have never tried them but I have heard that Jonny Howson and Bradley Johnson from Leeds are both good.

Yeah often tried for Cattermole but wages are too much. Talks with Mathieu Bodmer just fell through, will try for other suggestions. Thanks a bunch

tried and tested, both good in 2nd season and howson in particular grows to become a decent cm for the prem

In my QPR save (11.3) Michael Bradley was transferlisted at the end of the 1st season, he looks good.
