look at huth pull keane to the floor where the ball travels.. an absolute joke.

And this Stoke's record this season with referee Mike Jones:

Jones: Stoke games 2010/11 season

Chester's Mike Jones has officiated four of Stoke City's games this season - three of which they have won with the fourth a draw.

Newcastle 1-2 Stoke; Wigan 2-2 Stoke; Blackburn 0-2 Stoke; Stoke 2-1 West Ham Utd

Two away victories? hmmmm

Ref had a bad game, you lost. Happens to every team. Just have to swallow it and move on I'm afraid and hope your team stays in the Prem

I know mate, but its just so frustrating, losing to a team who are so much worse than us, and in the manor of which we lost.

Hardly anti-footballing. If you have a team of 11 players, and 8 of them are over 6ft tall you'd hoof it up long too.

They play to their strengths and are successful. It's not nice to watch, but it works for them and I'm sure their fans would rather them win and stay up with boring football than get relegated playing decent football and losing every week.

Know the feeling of frustration lol. It's why my hairs turning even greyer every saturday lol. It's the emotional **** that is football

league table suggest otherwise mate...

i would like to say the same about us being a better team than them, but facing facts, they finished higher than you last season, they are above you ATM, however ugly and boring their play is, they are good at it, and its effective.

and if you spoke to any stoke fan i think they would clearly state that they dont give a...

Meh deal with it, everyone knows Stoke are physical, the referee obviously missed that, but that goal was down to a lack of organisation.

I'm a goalie and i would never allow two opposition players to be part of my wall, i would always have my own players stand directly behind them, so when they split in the manner they did, my players behind are there to plug the gap.

It was obvious the ball was going to get drilled through the area that the Stoke players were standing, and the Stoke players were going to get out of the way. Schoolboy error.

Also Parker (i think) breaks away from the the wall, he wasn't pushed or tugged and the ball goes through the gap he vacated.

Yeah yeah fair points you've all underlined, league table does suggest otherwise but I am predicting Stoke to be down there come the end of the season. I am bitter lol, I can admit it.. two times this season we've been 90 minutes from wembley and we've fluffed it.. bit like Arsenal haha, nevermind.

Try supporting a club which could be going out of business, thats frustrating!

Well done for THIS time chilling :$

i can imagine your frustration, and with Upson's near perfect header crashing against the cross bar its even more frustrating.

if i was you i would look at the bigger picture, i suppose i can have this view as we have won a cup this season (H) but you are in BIG danger "like us" of losing your PL status this year, what is more important a semi final and a day out, or maintaining PL status and building a West Ham that can stop ending up in relegation battles every year?!

Im sure Avram will be saying similar words to the players after the defeat.

Blessing in disguise im telling you!

stoke are the worst team every goal had something wrong with it. Walters and Huth cant call themselves footballers they would fit in in a wresting ring

Didn't West Ham score with a blatant hand ball? Nobody likes Stoke but you lost. End of story. Can't blame the ref.

Thats a bit harsh tbf. Huth is good footballer, and Stoke are not a bad team. As mentioned already, hardly the prettiest style of football, but it works, and they have a good manager too.

There's nothig in the rules to say that you aren't allowed to be physical and play high balls into the box.

Football is all about winning and playing to your strengths, if you're not capable of passing teams of the park and you have a big side then obviously you're going to use it to your advantage. It's not 'anti-football', it's a type of football wish people would stop moaning it's getting boring.

Stoke are not a bad team, and at the moment the league table suggests that they are better than West Ham. Stoke are a team that's progressing slowly whereas West Ham is a team that is going in the opposite direction, especially whilst you've got them 2 muppets as owners.

Sorry are away victories at average mid table sides not allowed?

Fair play to Stoke City, must be hard being a stoke fan though, no fan wants to watch that kind of football. Would you rather win like that or lose in style?
