THAT sad song...

Does anybody know what the song is called that they play over all the sad VT's in Comic Relief/Sport Relief/Children In Need etc - just heard it used on Radio 1, not for the first time, and have never found the name of it... I can't find any videos of it on YouTube as of yet, so I can only describe it; It has heavy instrumentals, strings play the chorus.... that's all I can say really without videos - does anybody know what I mean?

No, it wasn't actually a track, it was kind of a clip of it played over someone talking about how "every pound counts - donate what you can" etc etc - one of those if you get me?
