Please help! Is this a bug?

Hi, I'm currently playing with Lyon, and just won the second season. But for an odd reason, Belfodil who is my top scorer asked me to play more first team football. He plays almost all my matches so i can't understand why.

So i let him play all matches after he asked, but still he is not satisfied and now he just asked for a transfer ?! WTF? His moral was good until he suddenly changed ? Please help me with this! Is there anything i can do or is this a bug?

Perhaps you didn't play him for one game, he got mad and started a spiral of hate.

Or perhaps, he feels he should be at another team or just doesn't want to be at the team any more and is just using any excuse possible. I've had a player who complained about everything purely because he wanted to leave, his morale was great too until one day a bigger team became interested in him.
