Lower League Tactic

I am just about to start a new save with a league 1 maybe league 2 team. But before I start I want to know if anyone can reccommend a decent tactic. Iv looked for one but cant seem to find any.

Anybody help?????????

I'm using it with Maastricht in the 2nd dutch league, which - with a wage budget of 40k and a transfer budget of 0k I consider a 'lower league'.

First season I played with standard lineups, finished 14th with media prediction 18th
Second season I used this tactic, finished 4th with media prediction 16th and promoted to Eredivisie
3rd season almost half way through now, still using my tactic, media prediction 18th, currently ranked 10th with a nice 5-0 win against the club rival Roda Kerkrade, which has a club value that is 5 times my club's value =)

The main point of LLM is to do everything as realistically as possible , i.e not downloading ready-made tactics.
However it's your game , you do what you want.
