Help with Desktop Icons.

Hi, ATM I am trying to change all my desktop Icons to one's I have downloaded. Does anyone know what I have to do to change Icons such as Recycle Bin, Shut Down etc?

I have downloaded a program called "Windows 7 Tray Icons Changer" but it comes up and says "a referal was returned from the server" when I am following instructions, any help?

If you make shortcuts of the icons, then click properties you can 'change icon'

No you don't

To change recycle bin and My Computer, Right click desktop->Persdonalize. On the left panel, click 'Change Desktop Icons', and change there.

IconPackager is also a good program for it, though if you have Windows7 it seems unnecessary based on StuW's suggestions.
