Everton help?

I'm heading into my fourth season with Everton and I need some ideas for tactics and players to sign. We have been underachieving for the last two seasons finishing 8th and 10th.

JP Woodys 4-4-2 tactics always seem to work for me in the Prem, try searching for that. See if that makes a difference.
 
Cannot see the pictures mate. However, Everton is a tough job unless you get a takeover, little to no budget every season. Just sign some south americans, in the fourth season there should be some gems.

Yeah sorry about the photos i've never uploaded pictures before. You can see them if you click on the thumbnail. The money is not a big problem for me as i mainly go for youth and transfer listed players.

Do you get much money with them or is it money you have made off selling players?

I usually get around £3 million for top half finish but my wages are low so i can usually edit the budgets to get around £8-10 million. I have sold Arteta for 15 mil, fellaini for 10 mil, Cahill for 6 mil and Saha for 6.
 
I like the goals galore tactics, but I cant see your screenies so unable to see your team. For that formation I think you need good wingers that can score goals and also a good DM.

You we're robbed mate! 10mil for Fellaini/ You can usually get around 20m! Selling Cahill can be a big loss aswell as he is a legend at the club. I think your main problem was selling the teams midfield and best part of the team.

Well I sold Fellaini after the second season because he had been getting average ratings of 6-6.50. Cahill was sold because i wanted Rodwell to be a first team regular right from the start.
