Allright, i've just entered the transfer window of summer 2012. i have been handed at transfer kitty of £87 mill. I need a LB, and a decent backup striker. Any suggestions would be welcome.

- No, Emile Heskey though.
 
i like Salvatore Bochetti of Rubin for left back, can also play centre. AS for back-up striker, i recommend Nikola Kalinic of Blackburn, he wil cost probably around 15m but is a good player. If not you can sign Christian Benitez who will be a much cheaper option.
 
Left Back - Maybe Gael Clichy, whats he like now in 2012?
Back up striker - Any younger player who has the ability to turn into a world class player but is still good at the moment, someone like Kadlec.

See what they are like in 2012. :)
 
Clichy and Kadlec are pretty decent in 2012. Thanks for the suggestions. Should be worth signing :)

Benitez just signed for Inter, and Kalinic for Chelsea. thanks for the suggestions though, gonna take a look at Bochetti :)
 
Why didn't i think of Cavani o.o
Gonna get him, unless they demand some unreasonable price for him.
 
Well he's looking for players for Real Madrid.
 
javier hernandez ? he usually around 15 million on my game :) macheda becomes good if he gets a few games then theres always the obvious options in sanogo babacar and lukaku but im eight years in and found tiago alves and marko maletic are pretty beastly in my game but might still be too young in yours :p

Tried Hernandez already. He's available on a free, but doesn't want to enter negotiations with me . I've been looking at Tiago Alves acutally. Just didn't know if i should get him :p . Babacar i already had, but i ****** him off and he wanted to leave.
 
Cavani is always really expensive although i got him for Hoffenheim for around 26m

How about Badstuber for left back?

ST: Tevez/Suarez

Not bad imo. Wont the treble last season, and finished 12 points in front of Barcelona in the league with this team (Except Toulalan)
 
Ah yes, forgot to put him in. Sanchez gets a couple of games, then Özil get's some. I rotate alot in my squad.

ouch hernandez would be awesome for free :p tiago alves is good i managed to get him on a free sometime might be the season your in i cant really remember but hes good untill i ****** him off :p
 
what about evra fabio danny wilson(convert to leftback maybe) or atila turan for left back
