Problem in a Southampton!Please help!!!

My little brother has started with Southampton and he has problem with wage budget
transfer budget is 575k and he is playing 11.3 version
Please help,I dont now how can I help him and I thought that you can help me

Sorry you are right,I forgot.
He has problem with tactics and players to buy because he doesnt now who to buy for CB and for wing backs
He doesnt now: Should he prefer Rickie Lambert or somebody else(I mean for striker)
