Help with nation rules.

Hey all was wandering if anyone would be able to explain how to use the nation rules option in the editor? Been trying to do a new format to the EPL but don't quite know how, any help would be awesome. Thanks all.

add reserve and academy leagues to existing set up. :S

if you doing this for england. Select the add nation rules and then select add to exisiting (obviously select England) on the left hand side it should list all the leagues including the reserves, higlight the reserves leagues and then click add your league
