Hey, i need some help!
I bought neymar during the january transfer window in the 2011/2012 season but he couldnt play that season due to no work permit. Now i'm starting my 3rd season and neymar still hasn't got a work permit, which we all know, means he can't play! Im desperate to get this sorted out as i really want him to play!
Does anyone know how to work this out? Any help would be much appreciated
