Opponenet team playing with two DMCRs bug?

in my 11.3 save i have noticed that some opponents actually could play with 2 DMCRs ( exactly the same position) which i think ruins the game.. is it a bug ? and any solution would be appreciated..

I've seen a few other people post screenshots of it happening, in the "Funny/Random things in FM" thread.
Think it is just a bug, thankfully never had it happen to me.
Since its an opposition fault I don't think there is a solution really, sorry mate :S
