Hello, my name is Iztok and I need help :)

Anyway, first of I would like to say im a huge fan of the game, but its clear, having found this site, I no nothing about the game.

My first problem is im running FM2011 which was downloaded by torrent so I cant update the game with the new official patches. So my first question is, can I buy the game online and install it with no need of a CD?

Secondly, could any of you give me an advice as to what to download from this site, which skins are okey, ect ect.

Basiclly could someone be my mentor as I start from nothing again and make my life a little easier :)

You can update FM2011 using patches whether it's cracked or not. You may be doing it wrong. You have instructions & screenshots of how Skins look like in:Skins - Downloads - FM-Base - Football Manager 2011 Tactics, Wonderkids, Updates & Cheats
Same goes for everything else on the site, you have instructions on how to install/download files such as tactics, training schedules and so on.

Try this as a training schedule

in addition to above you can buy the without needing a CD from Steam: Site Error

1. Piracy of FM is bad.

2. There are plenty of sites to buy it from where you don't need the CD... 1 - 2 - 3

Incorrect. If he does patch the game while using the game which was downloaded from the net as a torrent every time he'l try to turn the game on it'l say: Disc not found(well that's my personal experience as a torrent file user...)

this is correct sir, thats why I need the real version. But im on mission with my unit in kosovo and I cant really order the cd to this address :) So i need the online version.

You can patch a torrented game, I've got it downloaded on a laptop of mine running the 11.3 patch. I do own the game just cba buying another copy and I like having both running at times so I can see how people develop and so on.

seems like I have a ****** up version of the game or I just dont know how to do alot of things...I download the skins, put them in the game folder but they still aint showing up in the game.

one more questions for those who posted links where I can buy the game.

Lets say I buy at getgames.com (Football Manager 2011 steam version). Will they deliver a cd at my address or what? Cus I dont want that.

Help pls, I know this is stupid to ask but I dont wanna **** away money for not knowing something.

All those links I posted to the stores are for digital copies of the game. You will be e-mailed a CD Key and/or a download link.
 
Download Steam, and buy/download there. Simples
 
great, I just bought the game. Downloaded steam, tryed entering the unique key they sent me via email.

IT AINT EFFIN VALID

np, I got it. Yeah I really hope the key wasnt activated yet, I would really like to use the rest of the day for uploading patches, tactics, skins, ect.

One more questions, what happens if I get premium membership here? Up`s of being a premium membership beside supporting the site and FM?

I already bought the game via getgames.com but I still cant get through steam, cus it keeps saying I dont have a valid key. I sent a email to them but still no reply. Till then, FM 2007 here I am :)

This is getting very frustrating. Any propostitions as to what I should do? Its now been 24 hours, still no reply from getgames.com and the key is still invalid ? ? ? :( :(

Finally we got to the bottom of it. My credit card got declined at the first shop, so I tried with pay pal at the second one. Good choise. The game is being downloaded as we speak. My main problem is now my internet connection :) but ima be playing when the evening starts :)

So now I got a bunch of questions like:

-When you purchase the game is it updated to 11.3 or do I need to download the patch?
-When I download the patch will the real time transfers be included. Or do I need to download that to?
-What kind of training scheduals are best for low league football teams? I intend to start unemployed and work my way up?
-When you download a tactic from FM-Base, does it come with player instructions or is that seperate?
-How many nations should I load up? How much do you guys have and feel like the game is running smooth.? I have HP Pavilion dv6 Notebook PC with a triple core processor and with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4250 graffics. If anybody is good at optimising my gameplay please assist
-Anything else you wanna add, please do. I feel like I never played the game before so I need alot of help.
