Manager as a friend

Often when I comment on a manager I see "feels the 2 of you could become friend" I am (almost) always good to others, giving them positive comments but it never changes from "feels the 2 of you could become friend". Is it possible to get it on friend or something?

It can eventually change to "feels he has a good relationship with you" or something like that, and you can even become favoured personel of that manager. This can help when buying players from him, or when requesting a feeder club the board would often propose that manager's club (in case it's a smaller club of course).

I also had Simon Grayson change from fairly poor opinion to a poor opinion but that was only because I slagged him off in the press.

Yeah when i was liverpool manager i became friends with the arsenal and everton manager. Both had me as favoured personell. Was useful when i poached a few gems from the Gunners and a few local lads from everton.

Yeah, I'm also stopped there, Me and Pep Guardiola, Now my favored personnel is Pep Guardiola, and Pep Guardioal's is me, Also, I'm not thinking to buy anyone from Barca, and in real life I dislike Guardiola
