Hi guys,

About to embark on my first proper lower league game and will be managing a semi pro side with 95% of players on amateur contracts.

Could someone give me some much needed tips on the best way to manage at this level? I.e. is it worth the inflated financial costs to get everyone signed up to semi pro contracts etc etc?

Thanks a lot

ive found that it made little difference? does anyone know if its possable for a semi pro club to go full pro?

I am organizing a Holiday Party for a group of Audio Professionals and am looking for a photographer to shoot the event. Unfortunately we have a shoestring budget so if we can find someone who is looking to build their portfolio and network, that would really help.

basically go to the england trial day, scout every player, about 4 of them are willing to join. they're all amazing
oh and
tommy amos
adam boyes
martin reilly them three will bang them in until league 2

How did you ask? Is there an option within the boardroom request?

It's a boardroom request, you can ask at any time I believe but they switch up to pro (if they accept) at the end of the current season.
It's only really worth doing once you're moving up in the leagues anyway.

Try to sign your best players on full time contracts and you will find thy get injured less. Also sign your coaches full time so they get more time to work with the players.
It will also help you in trying to get professional status.

Try and find a good parent club that has decent youth players to loan and that will help you for a season, also brings in money!
