Help needed? The Cesc problem

I hope this is in the right section of the forum but im Arsenal in my second season.1. how do you get the best out of cesc? hes playing in a three man mid. as advanced playmaker but has been average? 2. any tips on the best way to sell a player at the best value without upsetting said player or fans?

i play him as a advanced playmaker attack in central midfield, or you could move him forward to AMC, other wise just offer him to all clubs for like 70 million and see if you get any offers.

cheers guys thats pretty much the fornation I play and the role he plays, might just try to flog him and risk the wrath of the fans, I got thiago and afellay on frees in the summer and they both been immense so doubt he'll be missed

dont sell fabregas it is pretty stupid buy kadlec vaclav (spelling)about 8 million sell chamach and buy E.munoz howedes or kjaer(pretty good defenders and all wonder kids) buy dzagoev or pastore and make nasri learn songs position after he learns sell song about 20 million and buy wonder kidds dont sell cesk and nasri untill the end they are top footballers and cesk is a great assistand manager i am with real at 2030
