I am playing with Everton right now, this is my team but I need a good tactic for it

Joe Hart
Diego Renan - Phil Jones - Mussachio - Baines

Fellani

Arteta - Douglas Costa (or Cahil)

Alexis Sanchez ------------------------------------- Eden Hazard
Lisandro Lopez

The problem is that I dont have the right tactic for it, so if anyone have a suggestion post it plzz
