So suppose I have a 80 CA 160 PA player 17 years old.
1) what is the good rate of improving for him in terms of:
- current ability improvement (points/year)
- key attributes for his position (points/year)
2) how much first team experience would be "normal"? Do friendlies count? Naturally I would have to make lots of sacrifices to get that precious game time so I would like to cut down on that. And also playing them all the time wont make their stats skyrocket (i had some amazing youths in my first team) so there must be some best result/game_time ratio.
3) if you leave a player in under 18 team for the whole season is it normal he gets like 5 points increase for his CA during the whole year?
4) When a player gets professional contract he stops training by youth programs and gets to senior routine. So does that mean I have to get coaches with good youth development stats or else they will not progress? There is no help from youth coaches for those players once they switch to pro?
