Patch 11.3 ??

I recently downloaded the latest 11.3 patch for my FM 2011 and since than it has been lagging my match engines. I have tried basically everything but it is not going away. XD Help !!!! Fm is such a wonderful game but this lag is irritating me big time, is there a cure for it ??

Good way to ensure smooth running is to switch off ALL background programs that are running like anti-virus, explorer etc.

i always find that changing power mode to gaming mode helps aswell as what ajt09 said.
