I'm playing Fiorentina and now in 2nd season. My problem seems to be "Gilardino isn't scoring as he should be". I need input for my tactic below, ie. mentality, and roles. Thanks.

Line up (primarily 4-1-2-1-2, sometimes 4-1-3-2 or 4-3-1-2)
Mentality : Very Fluid
GK: Sebastian Frey (GK-Defend)
DL: Maxwell (FB - Auto)
DR: Lorenzo de Silvestri (FB - Auto)
DC: Mamadou Sakho (DC - Cover)
DC: Gamberini (DC - Stopper)
DMC: D'Agostino (DM - Defend or Deep-lying playmaker - Defend)
MC: Montolivo (MC Attack)
MC: Lucas Biglia (MC - Auto)
AMC: Jovetic (AM - Support)
FC: Sergio Pelissier (Poacher - Attack)
FC: Gilardino (Deep-lying Forward - Support)

Others:
Neto (GK)
Behrami (MC)
Pasqual (DL)
Comotto (DR)
Natali (DC)
Felipe (DC/DL)
Agyei (DM/MC)
Ljajic (M/AM RLC)
Verrati (MC/AMC)
Wendel (MC AMC ST)
Babacar (ST)
Cerci (ST)
Mutu (AMC/ST)

Is poacher the best role for this tactic? I've tried putting Gilardino in Poacher's role, but it doesn't seem to work. Pellissier is better in that position and role.
