Cant add logos or facepacks

I have created the extra folders needed sports interactive/fm 2012 /graphics /Facepacks. logos

I placed the files in the correct place then extract them and still neither works. I have also checked the option to always reload skin on prefences.

is there anything i am doing wrong or missing?

I too have had issues adding logos and kits but only for certain sides.

Any help would be much appreciated.

i had the same problem i solved it by taking it off my external hard drive and loading the game normally on my laptop, thats what sorted mine out

I can't add facepacks...tried about 5 now...
