Here's my problem. I fine with better teams, like those in the premiership and i even managed to win the league with Tottenham in my first year. Whenever I try to manage a lower league team I struggle, even if my assistant and scout reports tell me that my players are good they are clearly not and do not perform, I try to change tactics but because of the crappy training facilities it has no effect. Then there's inconsistency, i managed to coach Bury Fc, a league one side, up to sixth by november and then they went on some random slump and lost five games in a row despite me telling them in team talks and team meetings not to become complacent. I don't know why i'm doing so bad, i was alright on fm11, it's becoming very frustrating and i want to manage lower league teams as there is more fun to be found there, any tips??
