Race to the Big Time Challenge (FM12)

This is a simple challenge that requires no custom databases or anything like that. What you have to do is simple. Guide a team from nPower League 2 to the English Premier Division in as few seasons as possible (if you can do it in 3, you're a top manager!). However, there are some rules, so please note them:

• You must un-tick "Allow first window transfer budgets" and you cannot sign or sell any players. You can in the January window though.
• You can make staff changes.
• You can choose up to 3 nations and the database size must be medium (or small).
• "Use real players" must be ticked.
• Un-tick "Add key staff".
• No FMRTE, Genie Scout or any other tools. That is cheating. You gotta find players yourself and through your scouts.
• You can't be Swindon because they are predicted 1st.

Once you've set up your game take a screen shot of your manager profile and your squad (with NO signings and NO youth promotions). Then just play through your game and when you get to January 1st, take a screenshot of the league table, team stats and player stats. At the end of January, screen shot your transfer history, your squad after transfer movement and the league transfers. Then at the end of the season screen shot your squad again, the league table (including stats etc) and where you got knocked out of cup competitions. If you won one, screen shot the final.

There is no points system, it's just a bit of fun.
