Assistant Manager Player Recomendation

Assistant Reports, I was wondering how much people use the recommendation provided by the Assistant Manager ?

I have started a game with Everton and placed anybody with less than 3 stars in the Reserve Side and have only signed Under 18s with a potential of 3 stars and above to long term contracts.

Steve Round has a Judge Player Ability of 12 and Potential of 14 which is not great. I wanted to know how much people use this function to make decisions on their current squad ?

Without Genie Scout or other utility to check the saved game players, it kinda falls to the mix of your judgement and *** man's to decide whether player in question is good enough for your side. Also remember that, if you have a coach with 15++ ja and jp, you might want to decide upon his judgement instead of *** man's.
