Lower League Help

sorry if this has been posed anywhere else, but i need some help with adding the lower leagues in England.

im only adding the Northern, Southern and Isthmian Premier Leagues for the moment. i activate these leagues and set the promotion to 6 as there are 6 relegation places from BSN/BSS. i then set up the 3 leagues with one promotion place a place from a promotion Play off. so its 2 from each division, but when i test the rules it says:

"Conflicting number of promoted teams between English Regional Premier Divisions and English Isthmian Premier Division"

any ideas?

have managed to sort it out now, also just seen someone has uploaded this as well, wanted to go lower bit seems im not able to.
