I am a big fan of tutoring my players by a model proffesional. A good research bij shrewnaldo (here) proved that tutors with a Model Professional personality are the most succesfull. Also in my games are the model professional tutors always effective, and never letting me down. My idea is setting up a list with model professionals, so that everybody can enjoy the benefits of a good tutor.
(I know that attributes like determination and influence are important. But the personality makes it extra effective.)
For big teams it is relatively easy to find good model proffesional tutors. For normal teams it is a bit harder. I am using lower league teams, so i will start the list with a few players that will join lower teams also:
- Jari Litmanen
- Wiltord
- Song Chong-Goog
